Alkor is a web design and development studio run by Enzo Farias in Brazil. This policy covers byalkor.com and explains what is collected when you visit it or write to the studio. It is written to meet Brazil's LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018) and, for visitors in Europe, the GDPR.

What the contact form collects
When you send the form on the contact page, the studio receives:
- your first and last name
- your email address
- the budget you pick, if you pick one
- your message, and anything you choose to include in it
These are used only to read your enquiry, reply to it and, if you go ahead, prepare a proposal. They are not used for marketing, not added to a mailing list, and not sold or shared for anyone else's use. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (LGPD art. 7, V; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
Who handles it on the way
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, which turns each submission into an email to the studio's inbox. That inbox, and its copy, are hosted by Google. Both act as service providers and may process the data outside Brazil, including in the United States.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, it sees your IP address and browser details in order to serve and protect the pages.
The animated backgrounds are made in Unicorn Studio. Their player is loaded from jsDelivr and the scenes from Unicorn Studio's servers, so both receive your IP address when a page with an animation loads.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps one note in your browser's session storage so the loading screen plays only once per visit; it holds nothing about you and is cleared when you close the tab.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation, and any project that comes from it, is active. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within two years. Anything that must be kept for tax or legal reasons is held for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data held about you, correct it, have it deleted, receive a copy, or object to how it is used. Write tohello@byalkor.com and you will get an answer within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority, theANPD, or to the authority where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
